About Cumberland Construction Corporation

Cumberland Construction Corporation is a real estate development, construction and
engineering company, family owned and founded in 1968 in Toledo, Ohio by Claude M. Brown,
Jr., PE (deceased 1998). Cumberland Construction Corporation is now owned and managed by Claude's sons, Claude (Butch) M. Brown, III, PE and Tim Brown, PE.

Cumberland has real estate business expertise in land development, industrial, commercial and
residential construction of all types; warehouse, office, apartments, condos and custom home
building.

Some of our more recent projects in the Northwest Ohio area are:

• Wood-Bridge Business Park, Bowling Green, Ohio - designed and built 24,000 sq. ft. addition for Vehtek Systems, Inc.
